- We keep the public and other interest groups informed about our production operations and products and their impact on the environment, health and safety; we also respond to anxiety and concern expressed about these issues.
- We provide our customers with advice on the safe use and disposal of our products.
- We expect our sub-contractors and suppliers to follow these principles wherever possible.
- We inform partners involved on technical transfer processes about the appropriate measures required to protect the environment and ensure health and safety.
